Refunds, terms and privacy

Refund policy

All sales are final. Packages are custom digital work, paid in full up front in US dollars. Except as stated in this section, all fees are non-refundable.

• No results guarantee. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including views, inquiries, bookings, sales or revenue. Dissatisfaction with business results is not grounds for a refund.
• Failure to deliver. If we do not deliver the services described in your order, we will refund the fees paid for the services not delivered.
• Corrections. If a delivered file contains an error or does not match your order, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.
• Billing errors. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded.

The free sample carries no charge and no obligation. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

For any billing question, email hello@showthestay.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Everything we deliver is digital, so there is nothing to ship back.

Service terms

• You confirm you have the right to have the photos you send edited.
• We fix the photography only: light, color and straight lines. We won't change anything about the real place.
• We use third-party AI vendors under their terms, which may let them use uploaded content to improve their models. We get your OK before uploading anything.
• You check everything against the real place before posting. Listing sites can hold you to accurate photos.
• Walkthroughs carry the caption "Cinematic walkthrough made from listing photos."
• Files arrive 3 to 5 days after we have payment and your photos.
• We do not guarantee any bookings, sales or revenue results.

Referrals

• The person you refer must be a new client and must name you when they request their sample or place their order.
• When they pay for a paid package, they get $50 off that order and you get a $100 credit toward your next order with us.
• One discount per order. Referral credit has no cash value and can't be transferred.
• You can't refer yourself or your own business.
• We may change or end the referral program at any time. Credit you've already earned stays good for 12 months.

Privacy

We collect what you send us: your name, business contact details, messages, links and photos. We use it to reply to you and do the work. We don't sell it.

Requests from our website form are delivered through a form service called FormSubmit. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we don't see or store your full card number. Your photos go to the AI vendors needed for the job, as explained above, only after you agree. We won't show your place to anyone else unless you say we can.

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. To ask us to delete your information, or to stop hearing from us, email hello@showthestay.com.
